T.P.O. and Kingston datestamps of same date plus  Bwlch-y-Ciban DE 1 14   cds arrival on reverse (move cursor over image to view). The Sandbach family owned a 4,000 acre logwood plantation in Old Hope, and most of the known Montpelier railway covers are addressed to them. Halfpenny postcard addressed to The Tobacco Emporium in Kingston dated Aug. 24, 1914 cancelled by Montpelier railway datestamp. Ramble transit double ring cds of same date alongside where it evidently entered the postal system, and Kingston arrival machine cancel dated the following day.
