Cover to St. Ann's Bay dated March 26, 1903 franked with one penny bi-color Falls issue and tied by Williamsfield railway datestamp. Reverse bears Kingston datestamp of same date where it entered the postal system and St. Ann's arrival datestamp the following day (move cursor over image to view).

Cover to Pennsylvania dated Feb. 9, 1905 franked with 2½d bi-color Arms issue and tied by Williamsfield railway datestamp. Reverse bears Kingston datestamp of same date, Boston transit, and Philadelphia Feb. 20 arrival (move cursor over image to view).

Picture postcard to Connecticut dated March 7, 1906 cancelled by Williamsfield railway datestamp. Kingston transit postmark of same date and New Haven arrival datestamp of Marh 14. Postcard shows view of Port Antonio.

Cover from Mandeville to Kingston dated Aug. 23, 1918 with franking tied by Williamsfield railway datestamp which shows an erroneous year of 1919. T.P.O. and Kingston Aug. 23, 1918 datestamps on reverse (move cursor over image to view).

"JAMAICA GOVERNMENT RAILWAY" On Top

Official Jamaica Railway cover to Mandeville dated April 24, 1947 with a Williamsfield railway datestamp to indicate its origin. T.P.O. datestamp of April 25 at top and Mandeville arrival datestamp of same date on reverse. The Jamaica Railway continued to handle its own official mail after the railway station postal system was eliminated on Dec. 31, 1924. Offical mail could be sent postage free within the island. The only known usage of this railway datestamp on mail.

First class railway ticket from Williamsfield to Kingston dated Aug 7, 1954 showing the primary usage of this datestamp and showing this datestamp to still be in use in 1954.
